Quality Objectives

In order to ensure understanding of a commonly shared action plan for the Quality Management system of Fuel Pipeline Transportation Limited and other affiliated agencies, and also ensure consistency of the Quality Policy of our Company, Quality Objectives have been determined with intention to develop our Quality Objectives as follows:

  1. Our Company is determined to control the Key Performance Indicator (KPI), of all work procedures in order to achieve more than 90 percent of the target set per month.
  2. Our Company is determined to provide the service of fuel transportation by means of pipeline systems and fuel storage of a high quality by conducting the work procedures in such a manner so as to keep the number of complaints from customers at a level of zero complaints per month.
  3. Our Company places great emphasis on the satisfaction of customers using our service of fuel transportation by means of pipeline systems and fuel storage with our target of satisfied customers set at more than 80 percent for every quarter.
